Dallas trip postponed for a few weeks

So the trip will be put off for at least 3 weeks. I'll let you know more when I get more info.

For everyone who keeps telling me I'm wrong about this orphan bill thing and keeps sending me livespace links that just cover existing copyright laws (ah I could get no info on this person I'm supposed to be listening to.) go here for the actual law info:

(hugs) It got so bad that any journal with "orphan" in the title I deleted without reading it. I can understand how you'd be buried under the notes and comments of many concerned watchers who want you to maintain the rights to your work.

It's more like I'm being told I'm completely wrong and they have links to prove it. Yet the link is some woman mostly talking about current copyright law. I get no information as to why I should listen to her other than this is her opinion. Eh well, I have better thing to worry about:)

If and when this bill gets going I'll look at it again, but I've seen this kind of stuff before and they rarely change anything substantial. :)
